Mine Engineer-in-training - Mine Engineer at New Gold

James Boland, P.Eng has a diverse work experience. James most recently worked at New Gold Inc. as a Mine Engineer-In-Training - Mine Engineer from September 2021 onwards. Prior to that, they worked at Impala Canada as an Engineer In Training from December 2018 to August 2021. James also gained experience as a Mining Engineering Intern at Stornoway Diamond Corporation from May 2017 to September 2017.

James Boland's earlier work experience includes roles as a Leader in Training - Senior Counsellor at Kilcoo Camp from June 2012 to September 2016, and as a Texture Printing Centre Manager at Polar Magnetics from May 2015 to July 2015. James also worked as a Ski Instructor at Craigleith Ski Club from December 2010 to March 2014.

James Boland, P.Eng has a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Queen's University. James attended Queen's University from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Royal St. George's College from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their education, they have obtained the certification of Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) from Engineers and Geoscientists BC in April 2023.
