Phil Fratantonio

Phil Fratantonio is a Strategic Account Manager-TCC Networks at New Horizon Communications, where Phil is responsible for sales and service of telecommunications services to small, medium, and enterprise organizations. From 1997 to 2002, Phil was an Account Executive at CTC Communications in One Communications, managing a customer base in excess of two million dollars. Phil holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
