Magda Moncrief

Magda Moncrief, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment, Philadelphia 76ers, New Jersey Devils, and Delaware Blue Coats, with a focus on guiding HR functions and fostering organizational culture. In previous roles, Magda led HR initiatives for KenCrest, overseeing operations across 300 sites, and for Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant, supporting 12 locations. Magda holds an MBA in Management from La Salle University, a PHR Certification from Villanova University, and a BS in Human Resources Management and Psychology from King's College.
