Wafa Abboud

Wafa Abboud serves as the Vice President of Human Resources Services at Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors since March 2024. Prior experience includes leading people and culture initiatives in the U.S. for Too Good To Go, a global app focused on reducing food waste, and functioning as a Global Human Resources Business Partner at Open Society Foundations, promoting inclusive democracies across 120+ countries. Wafa's background also encompasses regional HR leadership roles at Aramex, as well as various HR positions at Target and Macy's. Wafa began the career in human resources consulting and administration, with foundational education in Applied Psychology and Human Relations from Pace University.
