Chada Ippolito

Chada Ippolito has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. They started their career in 1996 at the Law School Admissions Council, where they worked as an Information Systems Specialist, providing hardware and software support. They also improved customer service through the implementation of a defect tracking system.

In 2001, Chada took on the role of a Quality Assurance Analyst/Business Analyst at the same company. They participated in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle and trained and mentored new analysts. They reviewed and analyzed business and functional requirement documents.

In 2014, Chada joined CGI Technologies and Solutions Inc. as a Consultant, where they served as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst/Business Analyst. They worked on a state project called "SIROMS," which helped the State of New Jersey recover from the impact of Super Storm Sandy.

From 2017 to 2017, Chada worked as a Consultant, Sr. Business Analyst at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

In 2018, Chada became an Agent at New York Life Insurance Company, offering a variety of insurance and financial products to meet clients' needs.

From 2019 to 2021, Chada worked as a Financial Consultant at the Public Consulting Group, providing financial counseling services to program participants.

In 2021, Chada joined Comprehensive Healthcare Systems as a Business Analyst/Account Manager, handling client accounts and analyzing business needs.

Currently, Chada is working at the New Jersey Innovation Institute as a Business Analyst.

Chada Ippolito has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Applied Science from Rider University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2006. In 2016 to 2017, they attended Avtech Institute of Technology, where they focused on PMP, Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt, and QA Automation Testing (Selenium and UFT). Additionally, they hold certifications in Certified Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) and Certified Tester, Foundation Level from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board.
