Peter Dolan

Peter Dolan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Peter began their career as an Audit Officer/Project Leader at First Union National Bank, where they provided risk management services and participated in technology integration projects. Peter then moved on to PSEG, where they held several management positions in trading operations, operations and trading controls, and delivery project and construction QA/QC. At PSEG, they were involved in various activities such as regulatory reporting, compliance, and internal governance. Most recently, they worked at New Jersey Resources as a Manager of SOX Compliance and later as the Director of SOX Compliance and Business Process Optimization. In these roles, they managed the company's SOX compliance program and led the development and implementation of the Digital Labor Program, which focused on process optimization and robotic process automation. Peter also oversaw the expansion of RPA tools across the enterprise, resulting in improved process efficiencies and resource utilization. Currently, Peter is serving as the Director of Business Process Optimization at New Jersey Resources, where they continue to oversee the Digital Labor Program and drive further optimization initiatives.

Peter Dolan earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Georgian Court University in the years 1986 to 1990. Peter also holds additional certifications including CIDA (Certified Investment & Derivative Auditor) and CPA (Certified Public Accountant) from the State of New Jersey.
