Neha Bhalani

Neha Bhalani is a Member of the Firm at Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC since April 2014, specializing in trademark prosecution, copyright matters, and intellectual property strategy on both domestic and international fronts. Additionally, Neha serves as Counsel and has held the position of Associate at New Jersey Theatre Alliance since June 2019, while also serving as a Trustee on the Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Committee and the Strategic Planning Committee. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Bienstock & Michael P.C. and interning for the Departmental Disciplinary Committee for the Supreme Court and the New York Liquidation Bureau. Neha's legal education culminated in a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Cardozo School of Law, focusing on Intellectual Property Law, following a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University in Art History, South Asian Studies, and Law and Society.
