Brian T. Wilton

Brian T. Wilton, Esq. has a diverse background in legal and public service roles. Brian T. currently serves as the SVP, Chief Legal Officer/General Counsel at NJ TRANSIT, where Brian T. is the first-ever in-house General Counsel for the largest statewide public transit system in the U.S. Prior to this, Brian T. provided legal counsel to the State of New Jersey, oversaw multiple independent authorities, and served as Mayor of the Borough of Lake Como. With a legal background from Seton Hall University School of Law and a BA in History from the University of Scranton, Brian has extensive experience in various legal matters and policy decision-making.
