Michael Gemme

Michael Gemme is an experienced leader in the social services sector, currently serving as the Facility Administrator for the Los Lunas Community Program at the New Mexico Department of Health since November 2019, overseeing operations and strategic planning for a facility dedicated to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Previously, Michael Gemme operated Michael Gemme Consulting, providing tailored support to social service agencies. As New Mexico State Director for Best Buddies International, significant accomplishments included tripling revenue and dramatically increasing program participation. Michael Gemme has held executive roles in various organizations, including Jewish Family Service New Mexico, where revenue and service delivery significantly expanded, and Share Your Care, Inc., which saw revenue growth and program development during tenure. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Policy & Planning from UNM Anderson School of Management and a BA in Chemistry from the University of Southern Maine.
