Sean O'Neill

Sean O'Neill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in geospatial technology and IT services. Currently serving as a Senior Geospatial Developer at the New Mexico State Land Office since November 2019, Sean specializes in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) application development, deep learning neural networks, and web application development. As the owner of OM&T LLC since 2016, Sean provides a broad spectrum of IT, media, and GIS services while consulting on IT infrastructure and web design. Previously, Sean was the IT Manager at The University of New Mexico's Geography and Environmental Studies Spatial Computing Lab, overseeing all computing environments related to GIS research and instruction. Sean's early career included roles as a System Administrator and Media Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed maintaining server environments and managing virtual machines. Sean holds a Master's of Science in Geography and a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of New Mexico.
