Andrew McPhee

Andrew McPhee is a seasoned executive currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Heller since May 2022, recognized for its collaboration with iconic designers and modern design pieces. McPhee also holds the position of Vice President at The Kent Collection, contributing to the development of distinct countryside retreats in Connecticut. In addition to these roles, McPhee is actively involved in local governance as Treasurer and Chairman of the Upper Merryall Cemetery Commission and the Conservation Commission in New Milford. Prior experience includes co-founding Dr. Sniff and Kibble Pet, where McPhee focuses on innovative grooming products for dogs. McPhee's background includes internships at Iconix Brand Group and Design Within Reach, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design.
