Tania Smith

Tania Smith is an experienced professional in program management and social impact, currently serving as the Manager of Build Portfolio Investments at New Profit since April 2024. Prior roles include Program Manager and Program Associate at Arabella Advisors, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing various projects, and a Program Associate position at Creative Associates International, which involved liaising with international offices for USAID projects.
