Damon Follen is a Regional Branch Manager for New Way. Damon graduated from Ohio University in 1997 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing with a minor in Business Management. He moved to San Diego that summer with no job and the drive to learn to surf. Damon started his career with Environmental Care in late 1997 where he started out at the lowest levels of landscaping, gardener level 1. Through the years he’s worked with a few different companies and moved up rank until coming to work with New Way in 2013 where he started as an Account Manager in North County San Diego. In his spare time he is the father of a 12 year old boy and avid runner, running 25 to 30 miles a week training for his passion which is Obstacle Course Racing (ie. Spartan Races)
