Lavinia Berthold

Lavinia Berthold has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Lavinia currently holds the position of Vice President of Controlling & Business Intelligence at NEW WORK SE, a role they started in January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of Business Intelligence at the same company from December 2019 to December 2022. Lavinia also has experience at Hapag-Lloyd AG, where they were the Head of Regional Sales & Customer Service Region North Europe from June 2019 to November 2019, the Head of Business Intelligence & Analytics from December 2013 to June 2019, and the Team Lead of Controlling from November 2010 to November 2013. Lavinia began their career as a Senior Consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants from April 2007 to November 2010. Before that, Lavinia had internship experiences at PwC as an Intern in Auditing/Assurance in October 2005 to December 2005, as well as at both Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and Rödl & Partner in 2005 and 2004 respectively.

Lavinia Berthold obtained their high school education at Diocesan School for Girls from 1998 to 1999. Lavinia then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg from 2001 to 2006. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting and International Business, at the University of South Carolina from 2004 to 2005.
