Pam Palmer

Pam Palmer currently serves as the Client Success Manager at New World Application Design & Development, specializing in Early Childhood content and acting as a liaison for clients in the development and management of statewide Registry and QRIS systems. Prior to this role, Pam was the Program Coordinator at Community Action Partnership North Dakota, where management of the SSVF Federal grant took place. From 2007 to 2019, Pam held the position of ND QRIS Manager at Lutheran Social Services of North Dakota, playing a critical role in the creation and implementation of the QRIS in the state. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Child Development from North Dakota State University and a degree in Nonprofit Management & Leadership, Public Administration from Walden University.
