Miguel E. Espinosa

Miguel E. Espinosa has extensive experience in payroll management and compliance, currently serving as the Associate Director of Payroll Compliance and Tax Analytics at the New York Botanical Garden since December 2001, where responsibilities include managing bi-weekly payroll for over 700 employees and overseeing systemic changes in payroll software. Previously, Miguel held the position of Payroll Supervisor at United Rentals from October 1998 to December 2001, leading a team while managing payroll for a rapidly growing employee base. In addition to professional roles, Miguel serves as a guitarist, minister, and Bible teacher at Reach Church in White Plains, NY, and Mt. Vernon, NY, since September 2015. Educational background includes attendance at Manhattan University from 1978 to 1981 and Cardinal Spellman High School from 1974 to 1978.
