Crystal Wadin

Crystal Wadin, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Crystal is currently working as the Human Resources Director at The Christian and Missionary Alliance since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Executive HR and Operations Director at Calvary Church of Albuquerque from March 2015 to May 2021. Crystal has also held the position of Operations Manager - HR Services at Lockheed Martin from August 2009 to February 2015. Before that, they served as the Director of HR Operations at Sento Corporation from November 2006 to October 2008, where they provided strategic planning, employee program development, and management of HR staff. Crystal's earlier experience includes working as the Human Resources Director at Capital Management Services, LLC from May 2003 to November 2006, where they acted as a strategic partner in the development and implementation of company initiatives and analyzed and designed employee benefits.

Crystal Wadin, SHRM-SCP, received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Human Resources from The University of New Mexico from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) with a Human Resources concentration from Buffalo State University. Crystal also holds the certification of SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), which they obtained from SHRM in December 2016. Additionally, they have a certification called SHRM SCP from the Society of Human Resources Management, although the exact details of when and where they obtained this certification are unknown.
