Ray Phelps

Ray Phelps is an accomplished data scientist currently employed at the New York City Campaign Finance Board since September 2021, with previous roles including Policy and Data Research Analyst and NYC Urban Fellow. Prior experience includes positions as a Prefect at Carleton College from September 2018 to June 2021, a Health Policy Extern at the Urban Institute in late 2020, an Enforcement Intern at the EEOC during the summer of 2020, and a Deputy Clerk at Stark County Probate Court from May 2016 to September 2018. Additionally, Ray Phelps served as a City Council Intern for the City of Canton, Ohio, in the summer of 2016. Ray Phelps holds a degree in Economics from Carleton College, which was completed in 2021.
