L. Diane McGhee has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior Manager at the NYC School Construction Authority since April 2001, where responsibilities include providing strategic HR support and recommending practices to foster positive employer-employee relationships. Previously, L. Diane McGhee held various roles at the NYC Department of Education from March 1985 to April 2001, including Deputy Director, where oversight of salary credit applications and grievance hearings was conducted. Experience also includes managing employment support for 2,500 staff members and supervising administrative operations within the HR department. L. Diane McGhee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from John Jay College (CUNY).
