Julian Morales

Julian Morales is a Senior Housing Strategist at the New York Civil Liberties Union since October 2021, where responsibilities include leadership and strategic planning on housing-related issues, serving as a spokesperson for the organization. Previously, Julian held roles such as Fair Housing Advocacy Organizer at NYCLU, NYC Advocacy Manager at the Participatory Budgeting Project, and PB Manager with the New York City Council. Experience also includes being the Director of Organizing for GOOD OLD LOWER EAST SIDE, INC., and managing the Participatory Budgeting campaign in the 38th District. Julian's background in community organizing includes significant roles in various organizations aimed at addressing housing issues and advocating for participatory democracy. Educational achievements include an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Kingsborough Community College and a high school diploma in Electrical Engineering Technologies from East New York High School of Transit Technology.
