Jennifer Goldberg Rapoport

Jennifer Goldberg Rapoport is an experienced mediator and diversity trainer with a strong background in conflict resolution and community outreach. Currently serving as a mediator at the Center for Conflict Resolution since April 2023 and as a diversity trainer with the Anti-Defamation League since 2008, Jennifer has facilitated important programs for diverse groups. Jennifer's mediation expertise extends to the New York Peace Institute, focusing on community mediation and co-parenting. Past roles include Co-Chair of Ishmael & Issac, where efforts were made to promote reconciliation between Israelis and Palestinians, and Assistant Director positions at both the Anti-Defamation League and the Holocaust Center of Northern California, where Jennifer developed educational programming. Jennifer holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Social Work from Columbia University and a Master's in Jewish Communal Service from Baltimore Hebrew University.
