Essence Brown

Essence B. is a dedicated teaching artist with extensive experience in arts education and event coordination. Currently serving as a Teaching Artist at Child's Play NY and Girl Be Heard, Essence B. empowers young artists through theatre and performance while developing engaging curricula. Previous roles include Customer Support Representative and E-Commerce Coordinator at New York Pilates, where Essence B. managed guest relations and optimized sales strategies. As Co-Founder of the theatre group Rum & Choke, Essence B. contributed to the development of new works in NYC. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Acting from Pace University, further complemented by diverse internships in performing arts management and production.
