Rick Haynes

Rick Haynes is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at NewBasis since February 2024. Simultaneously, Rick is the Business Owner of Bar H Leather, a start-up specializing in custom leather goods. Previous roles include Manufacturing Manager at Sunrise Medical, where oversight spanned the assembly of powered wheelchairs for the Americas, and Interim VP of Human Resources for Ceres Terminals at Vaco, focusing on the implementation of ADP Workforce Now. Rick also held the position of VP of Human Resources for the Americas at Permobil, providing essential support for the workforce, and served as Human Resources Manager at both Altria and U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Company, along with extensive experience at GF Office Furniture, Gaylord Entertainment, and American Airlines. Rick Haynes holds a B.S. in Aerospace Technology from Middle Tennessee State University.
