Karen Hannon is an experienced operations manager with a demonstrated history in customer service management and operational leadership. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Lead MHFA at Newcastle Strategic Solutions since June 2019, Karen has previously held positions such as Customer Solutions Manager at Barclays from November 2008 to April 2019, and Customer Experience Manager at Shop Direct Group from April 2007 to November 2008. Karen began career at Citi as Sales Section Manager from April 2004 to May 2007. Karen holds a Foundation degree in Customer Service Management from the University of Sunderland, completed between 2006 and 2008, and attended Southmoor School from 1989 to 1994.
