Ashley Z. Ritter

Ashley Z. Ritter has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Ashley started their career in 2007 as a Registered Nurse at Princeton Healthcare System, where they worked until 2009. Ashley then joined the University of Pennsylvania Health System as a Registered Nurse in Home Care. From 2010 to 2016, Ashley worked as a Nurse Practitioner at Abington Memorial Hospital. In 2017, they joined Genesis Physician Services as a Nurse Practitioner, where they worked until 2020. In 2015, Ashley also began working at the University of Pennsylvania as a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Future of Nursing Scholar, and later as a Postdoctoral Fellow until 2021. Ashley also held the role of Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Pennsylvania from 2021. In 2020, Ashley took on the role of Chief Clinical Officer at DearPandemic, and in 2021, they became the Chief Executive Officer. Currently, Ashley is the Director of Clinical Care Research at NewCourtland.

Ashley Z. Ritter completed their education at the University of Pennsylvania. Ashley obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree in 2007. Ashley further pursued their studies at the same institution and earned a Master of Science in Nursing degree in 2010, specializing in Adult and Gerontologic Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. Ashley continued their academic career at the University of Pennsylvania and completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Nursing Science in 2018.
