James Hardy is an experienced professional with a strong background in e-commerce and digital sales. Currently serving as Senior Manager Ecommerce at Newell Brands since March 2021, James previously held the role of Digital Sales Manager ANZ at Beiersdorf from May 2016 to March 2021, leading e-commerce strategy for the NIVEA and Elastoplast brands in Australia and New Zealand. Prior to that, James was the Commercial & Digital Business Manager at Meyer Cookware Australia from November 2008 to May 2016, where ownership of e-commerce and private label programs was a primary focus. James began a career in account management at Balfours, working as NSW Account Manager from November 2006 to November 2008, and holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from UNSW, completed in 2012.
