Paul Giggi

Paul Giggi is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in franchise development, restaurant operations, and business management. Currently serving as President & Chief Development Officer at Synuma since August 2016, Paul oversees a cloud-based project management platform tailored for franchisors and company-run concepts. Paul is also a Partner at In The Black Partners, providing strategic support to various businesses, and operates multiple franchises, including Newk's Eatery and Moe's Southwest Grill. With a background that includes leadership roles at PMG Development, FSC Franchise Co., and Concessions International, Paul has a strong track record in managing development timelines, franchisee relations, and operational efficiency. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Northeastern University.
