Luke Stokes

Luke Stokes is a Development Delivery Manager at Newport City Homes since December 2020, overseeing the Association’s development and regeneration program with a focus on professional project management from concept to completion. Prior to this role, Luke served as a Senior Development Officer at Morganstone Ltd from July 2017 to December 2020, where responsibilities included managing all contractual and commercial aspects of construction projects valued between £3 million and £40 million in the social housing sector. Earlier experience includes working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Taylor Wimpey plc from June 2015 to June 2017, contributing to new build developments. Luke holds a Bachelor of Science in Sound Technology from the University of South Wales and a Higher National Certificate in Quantity Surveying from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
