Rick Hichens

Rick Hichens is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Human Resources Business Partner for North America at NewPort Tank Containers since March 2024, Rick previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Alcyon Technical Services from April 2018 to March 2024, where services were provided to support NASA's critical mission needs. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Lighthouse Insurance Group LLC, Finance Manager at North Coast Auto Mall, and Dealership Relationship Manager at Americredit. Rick also served as Director of Talent Acquisition at APM Management, LLC, and Human Resources Business Partner at National General Insurance, alongside earlier positions in recruitment and dealership operations. Rick holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management from Ashford University.
