Nitin Agarwal

Nitin joined NewQuest in 2019 and is responsible for sourcing, execution and portfolio management of the Firm’s investments across India. Nitin has over 18 years of experience, and has invested across industries in the India market, including financial services, consumer, education, business services and logistics sectors. Prior to joining NewQuest, Nitin was Managing Director and Co-Head of CLSA’s India private equity arm. Previously, he worked at Motilal Oswal Private Equity as well as at J.P.Morgan, all based in Mumbai. Prior to that, he also worked with American Express and Infosys. Nitin has an MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore and holds an undergraduate degree in Production Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Nitin is fluent in English and Hindi.
