Andrea Willis

Andrea Willis has over 25 years of work experience in various creative roles. Andrea started their career as a Marketing Manager at The Aegis Group in 1994, where they collaborated on marketing strategies and managed internal and external teams. Andrea then worked as an Art Director at Youngevity, where they developed creative campaigns and managed the production process for various materials. Andrea later joined Eisenberg & Associates Inc. as a Production Artist, where they were responsible for executing creative campaigns and ensuring quality and budget requirements were met. Andrea then worked at The Fossil Group as a Creative Packaging Production Manager, overseeing packaging design and managing a design team. Andrea then joined Milliman as a Creative Director, where they developed marketing efforts and thought leadership resources. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Freelance Creative Director/Art Director, providing assistance on marketing content and managing project scope and objectives. Andrea is currently working as a Senior Creative Director at Newrez LLC, where they oversee the creative process and leads brainstorm sessions on brand building.

Andrea Willis has an Associate of Arts - AA degree in Visual Communications from AI Dallas. Andrea also has an Associate of Arts - AA degree in Design and Visual Communications, General from Collin College. Andrea holds certifications in In-House Design Management from HOW Design U and in Design Thinking and Strategy from IDEO.
