Kostya Gradushy

Kostya Gradushy has a extensive work experience in the field of analytics and strategy. From 1998 to 1999, they worked at IBM as part of their Finance and Planning team. Kostya then moved on to FirstBank where they served as a Personal Banker for a short period of time in 2002. In 2003, they worked as a Real Estate Closer at Security Title Guaranty Co. From 2004 to 2008, Kostya held various roles at Clayton Fixed Income Services, including Manager of Analytics where they focused on analyzing Mortgage Backed Securities and developing reporting models. Kostya then joined Lender Processing Services, Inc. as an Assistant VP of Analytics from 2008 to 2013. In 2013, they moved to W.J. Bradley Mortgage Capital, LLC as a Senior Analytics Manager. The same year, they transitioned to Black Knight Financial Services, an FNF company, where they worked as a Loan Data and Customer Analytics Product Manager. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Computershare where they held roles as an AVP of Strategic Analytics and later as a VP of Analytics. During their time at Computershare, they focused on delivering insights and recommendations to drive business decisions and collaborated with external clients. Most recently, Kostya held the position of VP of Data, Analytics, and Strategy at iLendingDIRECT from 2019 to 2023. In this role, they provided strategic leadership to a team of analytics professionals, led business analytics and initiatives, and supported the organization during its sale to PE. Currently, they are working as the VP of Enterprise Analytics at Newrez LLC, where they lead a team of analytics professionals and collaborates with enterprise leaders to provide analytics solutions that improve results.

Kostya Gradushy holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, which they obtained from 2005 to 2008. Kostya also earned a Certificate in Predictive Analytics from UC Irvine between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they completed their BA in Financial Services at the University of Portsmouth from 1997 to 2000. Additionally, Kostya obtained a Tableau Desktop Certified Professional Certification from Tableau Software in 2020.
