Yunwei Qiu

Yunwei Qiu has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. They started their career as a Test Engineering Intern at Foxconn in 2014. In 2016, they worked as a Software Development Intern at Amazon. From 2017 to 2019, Yunwei worked at IBM as a Software Engineer, focusing on IBM Security Identity Governance and Intelligence (IGI). This role involved designing and developing the UI front-end and back-end of IGI using the Vaadin Framework and Java EE. In 2019, they joined Hulu as a Software Engineer II and later became a Senior Software Engineer. Finally, in 2021, they transitioned to News Break as a Senior Software Engineer.

Yunwei Qiu completed a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California, starting in 2015 and graduating in 2017. Prior to this, Yunwei Qiu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Zhejiang University of Technology, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their educational qualifications, Yunwei Qiu also obtained the IBM Security Bootcamp certification in August 2017, offered by IBM.
