Frida Jonsén has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to present. Frida began their career at Logent AB, where they held various roles including Recruitment Assistant, Consultant Manager, and Office Manager. Frida then transitioned to Source Executive Recruitment, where they worked as a Consultant in Executive Search & Interim Management, focusing on senior specialist and executive positions. Since 2014, Frida has been with Newsec, starting as an HR Assistant and progressing to roles such as HR Specialist, Head of HR for Newsec Technical Services, HR Director for Newsec Property Asset Management, and currently as Head of HR for Newsec in Sweden. In their current role, they are responsible for the strategic and operational HR agenda, leading a team of HR professionals, and being part of the Swedish management team. Throughout their career, Frida has gained experience in various HR areas such as performance management, compensation, training and development, labor law, and M&A integration.

Frida Jonsén began their education at Sundsta Älvkullegymnasiet from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained their Gymnasieexamen with a focus on Social science/Samhällsvetenskaplig linje. Frida then enrolled in Uppsala University from 2007 to 2011, completing their Bachelor's degree in Behavioural Science with a specialization in Human Resources. Additionally, during their time at Uppsala University from 2007 to 2010, Frida also completed additional separate courses in Labour law 2 (part-time for 1 semester) and Practical English (full-time for 1 semester).
