Prakash Kumaran

Prakash Kumaran has a solid work experience in human resources, starting in 2007. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Senior Executive-HR at Infinite Computer Solutions. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as an Assistant Manager-HR at TVS Infotech Ltd. Following that, from 2014 to 2016, they held the positions of Assistant Manager-HR and Deputy Manager-HR at Infinite Computer Solutions. Since 2016, Prakash has been working at Newt Global Consulting, LLC, initially as a Senior Manager-HR and currently as Associate Director Human Resources. Their roles have involved responsibilities such as talent development, performance management, HRIS, compensation & benefits, employee relations, recruitment, and policy making.
