Marlene Warren

Marlene Warren began their career in 1996 when they joined NewMil Bank. Marlene held various positions within the company, including Assistant Vice President - Marketing Manager and Assistant CRA Compliance Officer, Vice President - Branch Support Manager and Branch Administration, and eventually Senior Vice President. Marlene'sresponsibilities at NewMil Bank focused on sales, marketing, and branch support. In 2006, Marlene joined Newtown Savings Bank as VP of Deposit/Retail Operations and Product Development. Later, they became the 1st Vice President in charge of Retail/Deposit Operations. Marlene'score role at Newtown Savings Bank involved leading a team and managing various operational processes and projects, such as electronic/mobile banking, cash management services, and regulatory compliance objectives. Marlene introduced project management office (PMO) methodology for effective project reporting and completion. Marlene retired in January 2019.
