Shreya Sarkar

Shreya Sarkar, PhD is a Senior Researcher at Newtrace since May 2023. Prior to this, Shreya worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Toronto and Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research. Shreya focuses on developing catalysts for the electrochemical conversion of CO2/CO to ethanol. Shreya holds a PhD in Chemistry and Materials Science from JNCASR, as well as an MSc in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Pune and a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Calcutta.
