Laura Vanasse-Mangum

Laura Mangum is the Vice President of People Experience and works as a key partner in developing and executing a comprehensive people strategy to support their amazing Nexamp community. Reporting to the Sr. Vice President of People, Laura is responsible for providing oversight and leadership to the People Partner and Experience teams, supporting all aspects of the team member experience and life cycle. As trusted advisors, the People Partner and Experience team provide a broad range of expertise in areas of leadership development, organizational effectiveness, performance management, and organizational design.

Prior to this position, Laura served as the Director, People & Culture, where she was responsible for developing a structure to best support their teams on all things People. Before this, Laura was the People Development Director, focused on creating strategies that resulted in a wide range of development efforts.

Prior to joining Nexamp in 2020, Laura held a variety of Human Resource individual contributor and leadership positions at Interactions, based in Franklin, MA, and Littlefuse, based in Chicago, IL. She earned a bachelor’s degree in History/Secondary Education from the University of Massachusetts, and a master’s degree in Management from Lesley University.
