Fabien Gillen

Fabien Gillen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Fabien is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Nexans since January 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at Nexans including VP HR & Communication - B&T Northern Buss. Group from September 2019 to June 2023, HR VP - Europe Area from April 2018 to September 2019, and Corporate VP Social Policies & Labor relations from October 2016 to March 2018.

Before joining Nexans, Fabien worked at VALEO Powertrain Systems as the Industrial Relations Director from September 2011 to October 2016. Fabien also served as the DRH at VALEO Embrayages SAS from July 2008 to August 2011.

Their earlier work experience includes roles at BRIDGESTONE France, where they held positions such as DRH Sales&Retail Divisions from July 2006 to July 2008, DRH Sales Division from July 2003 to June 2006, Chef du Personnel from July 2001 to June 2003, and Attaché à la Direction du Personnel from July 1998 to June 2001.
