Kristi Drebick Brown

Kristi Drebick Brown is currently the Senior Manager of Real Estate Management at NexCore Group. Prior to joining NexCore Group, Ms. Brown served as the Senior Real Estate Manager at CBRE Global Corporate Services from November 2013 to March 2016. Ms. Brown was responsible for a portfolio of clinics and administrative offices in East Pierce and South King County while at CBRE.

Before their time at CBRE, Ms. Brown worked at Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. from August 1998 to October 2013 where they served as the Director of Asset Services. At Alexandria, Ms. Brown was responsible for managing the daily property operations, supervising engineering and administrative staff, negotiating vendor contracts, lease/contract administration, property inspections, preventive maintenance programs, leasing lab and office spaces within corporate parameters, teaming with outside brokers, parking control, security system management, tenant move-ins and move-outs, tenant appreciation events and special projects.

Kristi Drebick Brown is a graduate of Capital High School. Kristi holds a BA from Saint Martin's University in Marketing, Management, Accounting, and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the CCIM Institute.

Kristi Drebick Brown reports to Debbie Wedderburn, EVP, Real Estate Management. Kristi Drebick Brown works with Rob Kerr - Chief Building Engineer, Property Operations, Tony Maestas - Manager, Property Operations, and Ryan DeGeare - AVP, Real Estate Management.
