SVP, Design & Construction at NexCore Group

Kyle Robbins is the SVP of Design & Construction at NexCore Group. Kyle has over fifteen years of experience in the construction industry, and has worked on a variety of projects ranging from laboratory buildings to maintenance hangers.

Kyle started their career in construction as a project manager with Swinerton Builders in January 2003. Kyle quickly rose through the ranks and became a project executive in charge of overseeing all aspects of construction for the company. In this role, Kyle was responsible for long-range planning and scheduling, as well as day-to-day cost control and communication with the construction team.

In July 2017, Kyle left Swinerton Builders to join NexCore Group as the SVP of Design & Construction. In this role, they are responsible for leading the design and construction teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and on budget.Kyle has overseen the construction of a variety of projects during their time at NexCore Group, including the NIST Building 3 design & renovation in Boulder, Colorado and the GSAB maintenance hanger in Fort Carson, Colorado.

They are on a team with Amy Andresen - SVP, Leasing, Phill Barklow - President, Experience Senior Living, and Todd Varney - Chief Development Officer & Managing Partner. Their manager is Greg Venn, CEO & Founding Partner. Bridget Brown - Senior Project Coordinator, Geoff Baldwin - VP, Design & Construction, and Randy Wittig - Construction Project Manager report to Kyle Robbins.
