Nicklas Holland

Nicklas Holland has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Nicklas is currently serving as the CTO, Issuer and eSecurity Services at Nexi Group since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President Product Engineering at Nexi Group from November 2021 to September 2022.

Before joining Nexi Group, Holland worked at Nets Group from 2012. Nicklas'sroles at Nets Group include Vice President, CTO office from March 2021 to November 2021, Director, Engineers & Sourcing. Issuer and eSecurity Services from September 2019 to March 2021, Head of IT Card Processing from October 2018 to September 2019, and Head of Authorisation & Clearing DK from May 2013 to December 2014. As the Head of Authorisation & Clearing DK, they managed multiple locations across the Nordics, overseeing 28 employees and 12 offshore consultants, with responsibilities for requirements, testing, and offshore development. Nicklas also served as a Project Manager at Nets Group from January 2012 to May 2013.

Prior to Nets Group, Holland worked at Multidata as a Project Manager from August 2010 to January 2012, where they managed IT projects within HR and salary systems, collaborating closely with both business and IT management. Nicklas also worked as a Grafik afvikler at Viasat Sport from September 2009 to September 2010.

Holland's earliest work experience dates back to DHL, where they held multiple roles. At DHL, they worked as a Project Manager from an unspecified start date to December 2009, managing medium-sized IT implementations and large business change projects. Nicklas also served as a Customer Relationship Supervisor from January 2006 to August 2006, managing a key account customer service and ensuring a smooth transition during a departmental move. Additionally, they acted as a Frontline Manager from June 2007 to January 2008, successfully improving department performance and facilitating employee relocations after a site relocation. Holland obtained their Prince2 Practisioner certification during their tenure at DHL.

Nicklas Holland attended Copenhagen Business School from 2010 to 2012, where they completed their first part of the HD degree program in Business Economics. Nicklas then continued their studies at Copenhagen Business School from 2012 to 2014, earning a HD degree in Økonomistyring og Ledelse (Economic Control and Leadership). In addition to their academic qualifications, Nicklas obtained a Prince2 Practitioner certification from AMG in July 2013.
