Rakesh Verma

Rakesh Verma has extensive work experience in the field of data engineering and analytics. Rakesh is currently working as the Lead Data engineer at Nexi Group since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Infosys for eight years, starting as a Data Analyst in August 2014 and progressing to the role of Senior Data Analyst in October 2018. In May 2022, they were promoted to the position of Data Manager. Before joining Infosys, Rakesh worked at Capgemini for two years, first as a Data Warehouse Engineer from June 2010 to July 2012 and then as a Data Security Analyst from August 2012 to July 2014.

Rakesh Verma completed their postgraduate degree in Data Science from Purdue University from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Information Technology from GIET University Gunupur from 2005 to 2009. Rakesh also completed their 12th grade in Mathematics and Computer Science from DAV public school in Koyla Nagar, Dhanbad. In terms of additional certifications, Rakesh obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in January 2023. Rakesh also earned a certification in Data Science from Purdue University in February 2022. Additionally, Rakesh obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in March 2021, and the International Software Testing Qualification Board certification from ISTQB Certification Institute in March 2011.
