Gaurav Patel

Gaurav Patel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Gaurav began their career at Best Buy Canada in 2011, starting as a Technical Sales Representative and later transitioning to a Lvl 2/3 Support Technician. In these roles, they gained knowledge about computer systems, provided technical support to clients, and achieved high sales revenue. In 2015, Gaurav joined EPS Technology Group as a Network Administrator. In this position, they installed and configured network environments, troubleshooted networking problems, and managed Cisco and Aruba wireless networks. In 2019, they joined Loblaw Companies Limited as a Network Engineer before eventually moving to NexJ Systems in 2020 as a Lead Network Engineer.

Gaurav Patel completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Information Technology from Seneca College in 2015. Gaurav also pursued certification studies in Information Technology at Cisnet. There is no specific information about their education at York University. Additionally, Gaurav has obtained several certifications such as CompTIA A+ from CompTIA in August 2017, Cisco Certified Network Professional Routing and Switching (CCNP-RS) from Cisco in September 2016, and CCNA from Cisco in February 2016. Gaurav is currently in progress of pursuing the Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert Routing and Switching (CCIE-RS) certification.
