Nicola Mann

Nicola Mann serves as the Deputy Managing Director for both Starion and Nexova, overseeing operations and strategic leadership since April 2024. Prior to these roles, Nicola was the Chief Operations Officer at RHEA Group from November 2006 to April 2024, where responsibilities included leading a significant re-organization of a European business and shaping operations for complex project delivery. Nicola's experience also encompasses roles such as Director of Service Delivery and Business Unit Manager at RHEA Group, managing professional engineering services across multiple European regions and ensuring strong client relationships. Previous positions at Tyco and Lucas Industries involved human resources management and project engineering, highlighting a diverse background in operations, transformation, and engineering. Nicola holds a BEng(Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Birmingham City University.
