Ania Szczesniewski

Ania Szczesniewski is an experienced production assistant currently contributing to the Next Big Idea Club podcast since November 2020. Ania's background includes serving as a lead researcher at SEA CHANGE FILMS LTD, freelance writing on Upwork, and blogging about plants and nature through Botanical Trails. Prior roles encompass staff reporter duties for Pinckneyville Press, research assistance for journalist Amanda Little at Random House, conservation work with the Illinois Department of Natural Resources, and farming at Greenlands Intentional Community. Ania also held various leadership positions at Vanderbilt University, including founder and head editor of Champions in Blue Magazine, coordinator of the Vanderbilt Community Garden, and president of Vanderbilt Food Justice. Ania holds a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology and Communications of Science and Technology from Vanderbilt University and previously attended Eckerd College.
