Human Resources Manager at Next Century Spirits

Suzanne Brown has a wealth of work experience, beginning with Redeemer Presbyterian Church in 2004, where they held the role of Administrative Assistant. In this role, they were responsible for the receipt of donations and contributions, as well as general office duties such as phone support, weekly bulletin creation and copying, and correspondence. In 2005, they moved to Trinity Academy of Raleigh, where they held the role of Administrative Assistant. In this role, they provided cross-functional support across departments and was responsible for document creation, mailings, meeting and event planning, student records maintenance, calendar management, resource scheduling, school-wide email communications, creation, administration and reporting of surveys, and web page content and formatting. In 2013, they moved to Sustainable Pest Systems, Inc., where they held the role of Administrative Assistant. In this role, they provided excellent customer service via phone and email communication, as well as managed onboarding of new corporate accounts. In 2017, they moved to Tethis, where they held the role of Leadership Team/Human Resources/Office Manager. In this role, they were part of the Executive Leadership Team and was responsible for the entirety of Human Resources, including recruiting, onboarding, employee development, termination, handbook and policy creation and management for both the company and its sister company. Suzanne also managed COVID-19 policy creation and implementation. Currently, they are employed by Next Century Spirits, where they hold the role of Human Resources Manager.

Suzanne Brown attended Covenant College from 1985 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Elementary Education and Teaching.
