Mercedes Chatfield-Taylor is a seasoned executive in the field of executive search, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Artico Search, an AI-driven firm established in August 2021. With extensive experience as a Limited Partner at multiple investment firms, including Footwork, Scribble Ventures, B Capital Group, and Next Coast Ventures, as well as a recent Investor role at Insight Partners, Mercedes has a strong investment background. Previously, as Managing Partner and Practice Lead at The Caldwell Partners from March 2010 to August 2021, Mercedes focused on executive search for high-growth venture and private equity-backed companies. Additional experience includes leading the Venture Capital Practice at Heidrick & Struggles and serving as Partner at Highland Partners and President at iCOM Consultants, Inc. Mercedes holds a BA in Business Communications and a BFA in Graphic Design from Boston University.
