Fallon Steyn

Fallon Steyn has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. They began their career as a Specialist IT Consultant at ADvTECH Resourcing, where they were responsible for key account management, team building, and talent recruitment. They then worked as an Information Technology Recruitment Specialist at BI Planning Services before joining GAP Placements as a Key Account Manager, where they managed existing relationships with executive-level clients. After that, they explored their entrepreneurial spirit and started their own executive recruitment company, S&T Incorporated, as a Regional Key Account Manager.

Fallon's next role was at Performanta Group, where they served as the Business Development Manager and Enterprise Security Account Executive. They were responsible for developing new business, building collaborative relationships, and positioning cybersecurity and compliance solutions. They also served as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition, where they designed and implemented the recruitment and selection process globally.

Currently, Fallon is working at Next DLP as the MEA Regional Sales Manager.

Fallon Steyn attended Boksburg High School from 1999 to 2003, where they earned their High School Diploma. Fallon obtained additional certifications, including the Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals from Microsoft in April 2022, an online course on Fundamentals in Cyber Security from the University of Cape Town in November 2019, and the CyberArk Certified Sales Professional (CSP) certification from CyberArk in March 2019.
