Laura Diaz

Laura Diaz is an experienced outreach and volunteer coordinator currently with Next Door Solutions to Domestic Violence, where responsibilities include creating and facilitating workshops focused on intimate partner violence awareness. As a co-founder of Colibri Collective, Laura contributes to grassroots efforts aimed at uplifting communities through education and wellness. A multidisciplinary artist, Laura's work encompasses poetry, painting, and photography emphasizing themes of love and community. Previously, Laura managed various programs for Sacred Heart Community Service and served in leadership roles at multiple organizations, including WAVES and Momentum for Mental Health. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology with a minor in Chicano Studies from San Jose State University.
